Kandeez Comp Squad – due to the sad passing of Miss Betty Bouston, her planned competition on the 18th November will no longer be going ahead. This is the decision of those now running her School. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Those of you who have already paid for tickets will have their monies reimbursed on the first week back after half-term.
Kandeez Dance & VJ Dance are holding another friendly competition on Sunday 4th November 2012 at Aldenham School, Radlett. Tickets will go on sale in September!
Yesterday saw 17 members of the Kandeez Competition Squad make the 168 mile round trip to Gillingham in Kent for the ISTD London/Kent Area Competition. Many of our competitors left at 7am to make the two hour journey to Medway Park!
Despite the long day, a few power cuts and an injury or two, it was worth the effort. The standard was incredibly high and I’m proud of each member of our squad, not only for their strong performances yesterday, but for their excellent attitudes and commitment to training.
Thanks must go to all the families of our competitors who support their training and are by their side at every competition – you are amazing.

Huge congratulations to the Kandeez Competition Squad for their massive trophy haul at yesterday’s competition in Elstree.
In total the Squad brought home 29 sets of trophies, of which 10 were first places, including Team Strut’s first ever top spot (pictured).

On the afternoon of Sunday 19th of February, the Kandeez Competition Squad donned their neon lycra and made the short journey to Berkhamsted Civic Centre for their first competition of the year, Betty Bouston’s Friendly Beginner Competition.
A great afternoon was had by all and there was some beautiful dancing from children who have only just started their dance journey. Thanks go to Betty for organising another fun competition and to Victoria Cousins for adjudicating.
